The hotel was amazing, very clean, and the staff very helpful. The rooms were excellent and comfortable with great daily housekeeping, but they were very dark due to poor lighting and an ultra-dark wall and ceiling color.

The hotel was amazing, very clean, with helpful staff. The rooms were supplied with bottled water, espresso coffee, and toiletries, offering a view of the garden. However, the location was not ideal for sightseeing and a bit outside the city center. The service was incredibly nice and welcoming, especially thanks to Elena who organized a special anniversary present. The dining choices were a little limited. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were huge and clean, available before the due check-in time, but could do with a decor update as they appeared slightly tired. The location was easy to find on the main road and staff were friendly, though getting to Pisa center at night may be a challenge.
